Thank you very much for the Lunar XStar motorhome window which arrived safely and very well packed about 2 weeks ago. I had the window fitted to the van today and it fitted perfectly and is exactly the same as the previous window. I would like to thank you very much for all your help and getting it exactly right. Just a quick note to say thank you for the efficient service I received at your premises when I brought my Burstner caravan in for what I thought would be three new windows. In the event, I had six new windows fitted in next to no time. I was back home by lunchtime. I can’t recall the names of the two men who did the work but they will know who they were. They were friendly and helpful, sorting out new window stays and catches as required and even to the extent of helping me to manhandle the caravan out of your premises after some kind soul had parked at the back of me, making it impossible to leave. The new full set of windows look great, especially now I’ve given the caravan a wash and polish. I feel like I have a new caravan . Many thanks.

I have taken delivery of the final part of the jigsaw and hopefully have it fitted this week and be back where we in June when it all happened. A long journey, but we got there eventually! Thanks for your efforts. The guy in Germany who supplied the actual window told me that he was unable to get the window hinge bar as he thought they were no longer available. Obviously your source knew better and it maybe that they have access to other hard to locate Westfalia parts/accessories. Again thanks for your efforts and maybe I'll be able to use your services again sometime. I will certainly share your details with other Westfalia owners that I know.

Hi, just though I'd like to say a massive thank you to Lewis. All week I have been hunting high and low for a new front screen for my caravan. Spoke to my local dealer and Bailey caravans breaker's yards and no one could get me a genuine window. Didn't really want a pattern part as it wouldn't match up to the windows either side. One Phone call to Lewis got straight on it, many thanks to him, delivered and installed. First class service.

I managed to drill the holes and screw the de laminated window together again without much difficulty. I really appreciate your help in allowing us to get away for a much needed break"
